Pumping this CEO and company makes me sick to my stomach. Longs have been gutted here. Value has gone. And yet, some continue to pump this piece of crap. No integrity, no credibility. None.

When you say Not For Daily Operations, what does that mean? Can vanis not issue them at will?

"Special Reserve Shares"? Vanis has used the AS to fund his operations from the get go, and we still have a large note due in October. He maxed the AS at 2.5 billion, then maxed it again at 3.5 billion. All the while stating no RS was eminent. RIGHT? All those shares will be available to use as he wants, when he wants. We have only his word to rely on and that has just been tested. I don't blame you or anyone here for the DD they brought here, as I have made a bundle here, but going forward, investors will be tested, not Vanis, as he holds all the cards. To me this is now just a weak lotto play.

Issuing shares for a convertible note, purchasing acquisitions, etc. is not daily operations and that's key. Look at everything that you, and In fairness I as well (believing what Vanis said in his letter) posted last year when the A/S was increased by a billion shares, but it was going to be restricted then for backing preferred shares and for endorsers (which would presumably have restricted shares).

The fact is, the track record shows that he is inclined to issue shares if they are available. He even says now, we have a much larger increase in true proportion of A/S because 14c filings tend to have a negative reaction and they don't want to continue filing more in the future, so they gave themselves more room. THERE IS NO REASON TO FILE MORE IF YOU DONT INTEND TO INCREASE THE AMOUNT OF SHARES AGAIN!
