it should start from 1-100 RS or even higher ratio to reduce the current OS to 20M or 2M. Then issue 200M or 20M to MY BIG COIN PAY shareholders.

Marks- I can't figure where you are coming up with your statement that SSPT will trade again- "How it will work before SSPT is traded again."

The March 3rd PR regarding the merger states; "the MERGED COMPANY will be named My Big Coin Pay and is expected to trade on the OTC Pink marketplace. The current management of My Big Coin Pay will become the management of the SURVIVING company.

The "surviving company" implies there is an entity that won't survive. (SSPT).
