The "surviving company" is now active and alive(Shot Spirits). Again, check the Nevada filing. SSPT is now an active company. Now the merged company on that PR (MY BIG COIN PAY), is now the owner of SSPT and it's shares. So what happens now is through some paperwork with the Nevada Secretary of State, MY BIG COIN PAY will transfer all assets and any completed financials into the "surviving company" (SSPT) or what is known as a shell. SSPT will eventually become a different ticker symbol once the paperwork is filed with the DTC. It's called a reorganization of name and ticker symbol.
