How it will work before SSPT is traded again.
First, the paperwork has to be completed(the assets of MY BIG COIN PAY have to fall under the shell of SSPT) and once completed you will find that evidence on the Nevada Secretary of State page. Here is a link to look up the company. http://nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/

The shares have to be reversed and issued according to any agreement that was made between MY BIG COIN PAY and SSPT. Then I would end up guessing that if MY BIG COIN PAY were to do things the way I would if I was in charge, I would have multiple market makers in the stock to help and assist in creating a market for the new company.

Everything I have said is public knowledge and I may know a little more about how the markets work because I have all of my licenses and have over 15 years of experience in the market place.
