I'm with RRDOG... I'm voting no on all counts and hope they have to have an emergency SM for a $125000. Maybe then we'll find out why we're being diluted into oblivion.

Thanks for the menu. Lots to digest. IMO there are only a number of questions that need to be answered. What relationship is the issuance of additional shares have to do with the success or failure of bavi? Is it that we want to have the "poison pill" in place? Are the trials indicating succeed and these shares will generate enough to extend to further cocktails? IMO there must be some logical reasoning and the board must know that in order for this to pass smoothly and not to have harassing calls they need to justify this action to some degree.

CP, here goes one far fetched theory. What if 1st look-in events have been reached, and the company knows DMC will review data before the annual?

So we can infer from this that BOD does not expect many NO votes since Broker non votes = no and they do not expect many of these.

My hopes to get that get lower as time passes and if we don't get anything I am going to be VERY VERY disappointed because it is not asking for much, just some explanation to shareholders that all together OWN the company.

When are you going to realize you are just a COMMON stockholder?
