What is their job? To dilute shareholders nearly into oblivion AND preside over a very long term destruction of shareholder value? because that's what it looks like.
Voting "yes" on proposal # 3 is like drinking more poison. Why on Gods green earth would any shareholder willingly vote to dilute themselves even further? AND do that with a team that has PROVEN over time they will dilute at any price. AND give them an amount that is the equivalent of nearly ANOTHER BILLION pre-reverse shares? (175 million = 875 pre-reverse). AND considering they already effectively grew the authorized shares by a 5 factor in 2009 when they authorized was NOT changed as part of the reverse split. It's not just a slap in the face of shareholders, it's an insult to their intelligence.
No sir. Voting no is the only sensible thing to do. If (and that's a highly unlikely if) they PROVE shareholder value creation, THEN for a tiny fee there can be another vote and with it a yes. There's simply no reason to vote yes yet.
LONG since time for them to prove themselves. Time for the endless charity to end.
