bidrite, yes, that is what I would understand from it.

yet i think this is one of the points where many of us frown their eyebrows. Past years voting results have shown many non votes.

So either PPHM knows something from its transfer agent list and there is a party in there that has the bulk of shares that would fit last years non-votes amount and of which they know that party will vote, or else at least I, do not understand where that kind of certainty conveyed in that statement that they expect not many non-votes this year comes from.

So i kind of agree with your assessment that PPHM management expects mostly YES votes. Looking at the posts on this board since RRDog's post I'd say i conclude otherwise. Ofcourse, again, there may be some big shareholding party or group that makes all our votes count for nothing.
