Where was is stated definitevly that they borrowed money "personally" for the buyback?

As far as I have read and heard, the "company" secured financing.

no matter how ya slice it it sems smmw has money to buy back shares welll in that case that one the bashers loved to use to say smmw going bk can just move on down the forgoten highway with alot of other things they like to yel like a/s will never be reduced it was astrom still invloved he is not buy shares back wont happen it is no ir firm there is stowe tv station closed its not have they been right on anything no so what makes anyone listen to them now just relax all of it will be just dust on the highway soon of what they say
