Where was is stated definitevly that they borrowed money "personally" for the buyback?

As far as I have read and heard, the "company" secured financing.

Again:
"Why would you borrow money personally to buy stock from
yourself?"

IMO, If personally, you aren't responsible to pay it back? Why not?
