I've defended your posts before, but the lawsuit settlement is just a pittance and well less than attorney fees to proceed to court. It is not a factor today. Don't feel like the Lone Ranger. A lot of my posts got deleted yesterday too. LOL. Some people can't handle the truth.

nobody settle out of court for the full amount. so lose the 4 million....Lawsuits down here are as common as homeruns during the steroid era....I doubt it is even 1 million and since your speculating on 4 million, my speculation on 1 million is just as valid. so let the speculations fly and the weak hands leave. I like the naysayers but when they start to sound like the same old same old crows, well you understand.... Just go to trial and take your chances..no one agrees without a fight to just roll over and die. they'll get some shares and it is to everyones benefit that the shares have value. If they get 13-20 million shares and the O/S is under 100 million then when we hit a buck the P's will do quite well.

My logic is far sounder than yours. just belly up and pay retail for god's sake. I'm tired of this chit
