The lawsuit is not just a pittance - you need to read the original complaint - it paints ZMRK and Zale in a very bad light - what they did was fraudulent and the settlement was certainly more than attorney fees.

When you say the lawsuit isn't a factor today - you simply haven't read the court documents - ZMRK has 150 days to comply with the settlement agreement.

1. On July 8, 2015, the Parties entered into the Settlement Agreement that resolves all claims between the Parties but requires certain actions to be taken over a 150 day period.

3. The parties further request that the Court leave the lawsuit open and retain jurisdiction for the purposes of enforcing the Settlement Agreement or taking other actions authorized by the Settlement Agreement.

It is very odd that Zale didn't issue a press release about the lawsuit and again nothing about the settlement.
