The lawsuit was good DD, but it has little affect, if any, on the company. I spoke with a large shareholder this morning who is a non affiliate, who confirmed there indeed was an ongoing nuisance lawsuit for quite a few years. The major defendant settled out of court. ZMRK was one of the Does, and recently settled out of court for far less than the cost of attorney fees to go to court and win their case. No guilt involved, just a financial decision, which should not affect the P&L. We should all be aware of the negative as well as positive news, but this one is over, done with, and not something to worry about or waste any further time with.
