yep. i stated that with:
the lawyer would probably need to sue for both damages/reinstatement and legal fee compensation.

but unknown if the lawyer is willing to make that gamble
when facing down FINRA, a govt organization.

re: suing FINRA for 100 million, that's the whiskey talking, i hope... ;-)
