It appears the new management is only willing to announce deals that acually happen, rather then "pipeline" prospects. That much I applaud.

As the CEO and CFO what valuation did you have for the ccmpany at the time you left? Also, from a previous post, what will you do about all the back rent and legal bills owed to your firm? Is your firm still the legal respresentative of the company? If so, will it be if the merger goes through?

Thanks very much Rosebowl... I believe you may have hit one of the key reasons for this delay. Who will become the new management team? It certainly had to be re-thought after your resignation. I appreciated your insight and all of your comments.

"deal should have been completed months ago"
Yeah, we know, but it wasn't

"whether the deal's still a good one today"
was it a good deal to begin with?
