Cee-It: Yes, I still strongly believe the merger was a good deal for VTSI's shareholders at the time of the announcement.

There's no doubt the deal should have been completed months ago.

The issue of the moment is whether the deal's still a good one today. It probably still is, but whether I vote in favor or against the merger is dependent upon a review of a number of items, chiefly updated Altatron and Dynalyst financials, and whether those companies have been successfully executing their business plans.

I have no reason to think that there's going to be any re-pricing of the deal by either party, which would certainly be a factor if that unfolds.

I'm very interested in who the management team is going to be.

Current valuation? I honestly don't know, because, just like you, I don't know what's going on with the company. I still believe strongly in the technology -- and the decisionmakers' reaction to the technology -- but I'm puzzled by the lack of announcements regarding the deals that I knew were "in the pipeline."
