Ha ha. Apparently rules and regulations are of no concern to Magna or thier paid IRP's- be it Wash trading, unreported short positions, issuing of false PR's, corporate bribery, etc.

People that don't disclose as an IRP get in trouble... eventually... and most are PAID to PUMP and DUMP... for da company or whatever... lol
