I assume they were > 500 when you got your V scrip, meaning it's responsible for TGs < 200? Just because a drug did what it was supposed to do doesn't mean you're now off label - would be similar to having high BP which returned to normal after taking meds - if you go off them, it would return to it's original high level, assuming nothing else had changed wrt your health.
