Zuman: You have to appeal the decision and have your PCP approve your script for Vascepa. My TGs are below 200 now. So, essentially I'm off label. I tried posting the pdf of the Approved 2015 Preventive Drugs but Ihub doesn't let you post pdf files. I don't have a url: yet but when I do get an address I'll surely post it here. This is a travesty, that Huge corporations don't have a clue where their own documentation is.....
My HR department is sending Express Scripts essentially UHC own pamphlet.... go figure. Its all about money.....
