that is the story and the book - for now is closed

and indeed there was a mess - intermingling - maybe on purpose

and the NAME or WORD or INITIALS WMI in some cases appeared to mean WMB the bank and in some cases WaMu the parent company

thus IMO one can never fully KNOW

(the only question I had was how strong was the hand that Sussman had at the end and did he get all he could get or fear going to court and losing ? ---- i.e. I would have thought he could have negotiated a direct payment from ABC to equity outside the POR but I see nothing of the sort)

indeed maybe for those who are at such court day in day out - year in year out - the diversion of anything from the waterfall is a miracle
