Not entirely true ... They did have some startup cash... what about the money that they made from WSSE? Had to have been atleast 400k... So basically all they have to do is pump and dump a few more stocks like they did with WSSE and they should have enough startup capital for a legitimate stock... So in a way you could say PYCT is paving the way to a really bright and lucritive future for everyone...
Oh and I don't believe that people from phillipines wouldn't care about the sorted history of Paychest... Hell, just by simply typing in Paychest in google we get references that would deter anyone from using it. Internet is a funny thing, bad publicity spreads almost as fast as the speed of light.
