700k - 800k per year off of the new location? It's only 10 rooms @ $250 per night avg. Even fully booked

250 per night x 10 rooms = $2,500 per day x 30 days = $75,000 per month

$75,000 per month x 12 = $900k per year

est $20,000 per month (lease and addt costs) x 12 months = 240k in costs

900k - 240k = 660k in revs

Thats if it is 100% booked every day for 365 days. There is just no way, that is shooting for the moon

Where do you get that they are currently making 600k per year in revs? Did I miss something? I have not seen those #'s anywhere and I think there is a bit of pipe dreaming in that statement. Not being disrespectful or anything but if you are doing your math @ 100% occupancy 365 days I year I think you need to recalibrate your scope
