imo, tcel did their dd and signed the loan papers. the lender signed them too but subject to doing their dd.

no lender would do their dd prior to signing the documents. but they do do it prior to wiring the money. the good news (imo based on the latest blog entry) is they are done successfully with their dd and there is just some holdup in wiring the money. if it is coming into the u.s. their are several new hurdles to jump thanks to 9/11...
