Not sure I completely agree with you. I just got a mortgage and way before we signed the final documents the lender did a very thorough and tough DD on me lol. Once papers are signed it sho u or be a done deal, so there has to be other reasons for the delay imo

One more point of interest.....Why the "latest blog entry", why not a over the wire PR release?
