This is a one month old laptop with WIN.8.1 and everything worked fine until about 2 weeks ago when I started getting error messages that I needed to install Flash. I then uninstalled Flash and tried to re-install it. Shockwave now tells me that I need a plugin or my system does not support the video.
My next option appears to be uninstalling Chrome and reinstalling it and hopefully Adobe Flash Player will install with it.
