Adobe Flash Player - Version: 18.0.0.194
Shockwave Flash 18.0 r0


Or are you talking about Chrome on Android?
Adobe dropped supporting Flash on Android since about v4.0.

You would have to look for an alternative browser on Android that allows Flash plugin.
