He believes that the reason UC cannot say anything to the shareholders at the moment is because UC's attorneys are wanting him to clear some things up with the SEC.

I can't take anything Frizzy says at face value. The instant he signed the non-disclosure agreement he ceased representing the shareholders nad became just another lackey for UC.

As for point #2, I think UC's own lawyers have his mouth taped shut as far as any communication with shareholders. Can't blame them.

As for point #3, I would love to see documented evidence to back that claim. I don't think he has it (evidence). I don't think he will ever have it.
