Just off the phone w/ Bill Frizzell.


I will highlight some points of our conversation.

1) He has been in constant contact with the task force members ( a couple times a week)

2)He believes that the reason UC cannot say anything to the shareholders at the moment is because UC's attorneys are wanting him to clear some things up with the SEC. He emphasized that UC DOES want to talk to the shareholders.

3) He receives calls almost everyday from a brokerage house who is having issues with not being able to find shares to cert.

4) The two 'big dog' brokerages ( I assumed E-trade and Ameritrade) may want to fight this tooth and nail.But he believes that as long as we apply and keep the pressure
on these brokerages and authorities something may break.

5)He said the shareholders are making history and is very proud of what we have accomplished thus far.
