That sounds like a prosper and golden future for GTAT as a company but where is the truth for shareholder of GTAT(Q)? As long as it won't be clear what will the future company structure be this board as part of shareholder interests is smoke and mirror as well as MM playing the OTC every day ... and of course a massive risk to be wiped out.
