Surwin, I am aware of per-arranged sales, however they usually occur with real companies. No MM is going to waste their time working on a deal to sell or buy a few million shares of a 3 cent stock. I believe these sales were from one or two of the debenture holders and that the buys were from....well who knows..LOL The seller could have certainly called his broker and told him to get me .03 or better but I can't see a broker actually spending any time working on a penny stock transaction. As you know 99.99% of all penny trades are done electronically, by the MM's computer, very very little real person involvement.
