HD - I think you're correct. But we gotta get more than just a promise from the FDA. FDA has none, zip, nada credibility when it comes to Amarin.

"This case does not challenge that ruling"... Does anyone know if it's possible to challenge that ruling in federal court. By that ruling, I mean all the hell we've been through - Adcom, Spa, Anchor. Although I am confident that if the 1st amendment case gets adjudicated, AMRN will win easily (I don't think it will get that far and FDA will settle), but with this case, we're not really going for their throats, juicy material would not come out. I'm talking about suing for repeated prejudice against AMRN - mother of all lawsuits where everything would come out. Not saying that AMRN would file such, but perhaps showing a draft of the Complaint of such to the FDA would give us ANCHOR in a heartbeat??
