So if FDA will permit various forms of "as", isn't that pretty much the same result that AMRN is trying to accomplish via the lawsuit? If so, the obvious question is WHY would FDA give this up - is it because they know that they can't win?
If that is the case, then we have them by their balls and let's demand ANCHOR label. If not, see y'all in court, it's that simple.
