For his statement to hold any water, the TA's testimony and the Task Force's public statement would have to be false. The only logical for both to be accurate would entail UC having issued a large number of certs off the books without telling the TA and UC lying to the Task Force.

what I am saying is that many certs were left out of his list.

This would include my own personal certificates in my physical possession which ARE NOT on Pedro's list.
