Sorry, my certs were issued by First Global,(I still have their original shipping envelope). I ordered my certs way back when through Pershing, LLC.

They do not appear on Pedro's list

Hasn't the fact that UC did indeed issue/sell certs off the books already been established? UC lying to the TF is certainly within the realm of likelihood.
