They are not a design company and not a scooter company...

MVTG is going to license the technology and have factories produce and fabricate it for MVTG clients...

The market is also unimpressed as per the volume and price action today.

Unfortunately by the time you figure out what you're looking at your going to be left behind. Of course it doesn't have any frills or expensive paneling on it ....it's a Proto type. People in the know want to see what's in it. A motor on a frame doesn't look like much unless it's the first car of its kind ever built.
