JPGetty, good thoughtful post and I don't think you are making too much of it all. I think that we would all feel a lot more comfortable about investing further if we got another another confirmation of ongoing operations from the company, perhaps a reply from the new IR guy or a posting on the website of either JV partner. I am long here because I can't get out without losing 90% (LOL) and I am not a basher. If this is for real I'll be pushing with the best of them. Maybe some of our hardworking fellow posters will get replies or more info. GLTY

Yes, I think you are. Remember, they're Russians. Generally speaking, Russians tend to be rather secretive, and they're not used to North American business practices.
