Yes, I think you are. Remember, they're Russians. Generally speaking, Russians tend to be rather secretive, and they're not used to North American business practices.
Janice is so right in this post. We have a pretty standard way in North America of doing business and we tend to expect the same of other countries but due to history places like Russia, Germany etc have quite different ways. By the way George was answering emails I would have to assume he may be from Canada and thought he would carry on keeping things open for shareholders like we do here but maybe they have stepped in and put a stop to all that due to the suspension.
