Where does price per share go after the final FDA order is released? Any reasonable thoughts?

I have been asking myself that question ten times a day over the past year, making simulations on how to sell 33 million shares.

I am quite sure it will be somewhere between 0,0075 and 0,0175 within 48 hours after reclassification (knowing that BIEL is ready to apply immediately)

My question is , what will happen in the weeks and months that follow. How can we avoid another one of these :
