Common sense says one hires a criminal lawyer when sued in a criminal case. Of course it makes sense to use a criminal lawyer (LOL, Imho all lawyers are criminal anyway, LMAO), so that IFUS can turn the case on SA in a counter suit that sends SA to jail for his felonious acts against IFUS...

But SA (ex-IFUS director, now being counter sued by IFUS) will never let the case go that far, he will stall and delay like has done the state case till hell freezes over or until the judge tosses out the case like the federal court already did.

What a waste of money by SA, but then again he has 100 penny stock scams in his history, no doubt an all time record, and no doubt more under way to fleece investors of cash to waist on bad investment ideas like Iach and Mr. Howdy Doody Time, that now infamous SA scam, both of which along with 100 others already wiped out investors!!!

SA is the one that IFUS investors need to sue!!
