Nevermind, just saw the post with the details on the dismissed RICO case.

Common sense screamed months ago that most of the stuff being attempted against IFUS was a total con job from the start. Now we continue to get actual confirmation of it.

Well, except for the BS part, you would be right. Don't look now, but the RICO suit is not dead. Its very much alive. Tell the Duke of Bag Holders to keep paying his attorney.
