If and when drilling begins Hunt Drilling will be the driller. Again ties to all companies.

Sooth- I don't want to "let too much out of the bag" of what I am preparing to put up over he weekend, but re. the claw-back, while alluded to in the FIA, no I haven't see it as more clearly published as, I have been told, in the JOA. But one thing I can tell you for sure about Holloman Management after 8 years of dealing and meeting with them, and that is they have no time for hype or rhetoric. On the same token, they don't like dealing with those who do. They also take their SEC reporting responsibilities serious. So there is no way they would have put out that 8K if it were not true. If they wanted to use it to hype the stock, they would have taken a page out of TGC's "book" and also put out a PR challenging TGC's.

Holloman Corp is a well respected Company in Houston. Here is a picture of their Headquarter for many years close to Bush Intercontinental Airport.

They have to reach an agreement. TGC announced in their PR they wanted to go ahead and drill 2 holes, next HENC announced they is looking to hire a driller.
It will look mighty silly if both act as operator and have drillers on site, each getting in the way of the other party.

Common sense has to prevail, so talk to each other - strike a deal and get drilling.
