What happens here if both Henc and TGC move forward with their own drilling plans,each as "operator?" I assume it is going to take a court battle to definitively determine who is/should be the operator, based on majority farm in %s I guess.

The 3 parties could of course reach agreement on how to move forward.

If so, who would we rather have as operator, HENC or TGC? Would TGC's selection of a driller be at arms length...Henc's dealing as well?
