Thanks Guns, if this legislation becomes law, especially the House bill, it will only serve to embolden the infringers to keep infringing... could make it even tougher on IDCC trying to get paid for their inventions. My advice to IDCC shareholders, or as JimLur use to say, the "mom and pops investors,"... is the next time you go to the polls to vote, see who your friends are. See who is really standing up for your interests on this and many other issues, and vote accordingly.
