Yep, after some research I realized that this pro/anti inventor issue is definitely bipartisan so everyone has to do some research on their own local or state reps.
Bull, it appears from your post that you have done some analysis of the house and senate bills. Could you post your thoughts on which provisions of either bill hurt a non-frivolous lawsuit?
I understand (correct me if I'm wrong) that the new bill requires the losing party to pay the legal costs of the prevailing party but only under very specific conditions. My reading is that IDCC's typical litigation would not meet those conditions.
