A compromise would have relieved the judge of a tremendous load. Now he has a lot of work to do no matter which side he rules in favor of.

BioBill/Anyone - Could someone answer Raf's question? I too have seen several posts referring to Moss offering FDA a compromise. Is that true? If so, what was the compromise? I don't have the court transcript. Just trying to get to the truth here.

If it's accurate from transcript. That's the way I read the FDA's response, as an impetuous bully. The principal gave FDA a chance to redeem themselves. So it will be interesting to see how the Judge responds!
