It was mentioned that Judge Moss suggested to FDA to work out a compromise with AMRN but FDA rejected. Can someone please post exactly what was said?

If this is true, I do not see any possibility for FDA to win. This is like school principal catching red handed a big bully taking lunch money from a little nerd and then ask the bully if he wants to apologize and give back what he took, and the bully says HECK NO. What do you think the principal will do next....
