So you're kind of making my point - just because YIPI has the rights to the framework doesn't mean they have any rights to anything written using that framework. For instance, you can't re-publish the content of a book, jus because you have the right to use English.
It would be kind of like Home Depot employees being able to sleep in my kids bed because I used stuff from there to build the addition...
