What rights to warrants does Mikah have? You may be exactly correct, except that it was not warrants it received but common shares. I've never seen any public description of the relationship between NH/Mikah and Epic that entitles NH or Mikah to receive ANYTHING from Epic, other than a slap on the back.

The nature of these relationships has never been publicly-disclosed by Epic, Elite, or Mikah. How can the CEO of a company have a separate business relationship with the strategic partner of that company and not publicly disclose it?
