#153291 RE: WeeZuhl #153269

Your question "How can the CEO of a company have a separate business relationship with the strategic partner of that company and not publicly disclose it?" is interesting to me because I wouldn't think such a relationship would not strike fear into an investors heart. It seems to me that is a situation I'll describe as "I'm a friend of your friend". I believe what investors need/want to be protected from is from secret "I'm a friend of your enemy" situations.
As a result your concern that "The nature of these relationships has never been publicly-disclosed by Epic, Elite, or Mikah." just doesn't seem like a concern to me. If they all know they have what I will call an incestuous relationships, and those relationships are not prone to malicious behavior (i.e. can threaten investors) why would there be a law to publicly disclose the details. The argument against publicly disclosing everything is that it could tell competitors (i.e. "our" enemies") more than we want them to.
But maybe I'm just missing something.
Regardless the next CC will likely address it, and if not the CEO has always welcomed questions and even soap box speeches that serve no purpose from investors on his calls.
