do you feel instead of CASH to escrows they will give a piece of that 3.5 billion shares as payment to escrows ??? say ever "1" escrow shares you get "10" more WMIH shares as payments???what say YOU ???

LG, question? Do you still think this will happen in 2015? Do you think share swap theory will happen this year before employee claims are settled? Cause I dont think there will be any kind of distribution until after spring 2016 if employee claims dont get postpone again.....

...or they simply want to have enough authorized shares for the next N capital rises in the next 20 or 30 years so they do not have to request new authorized shares each time. Isn't that the most obvious reason?!?

diamond, there is no doubt in my opinion that the newly authorized 3.5 billion shares is MASSIVE by anybody's standards.
