If WMIH purchases assets from the WMILT which in turn goes to Escrow/LTI owners who are now the owners of the former WaMu estate, then yes, they will use those shares. So now the question would be does WMILT hold those shares for a period of time or disperse some of those to Escrow/LTI owners, liquidate those shares then disperse or other? Not to worry about WMILT, all they would have to do is make a filing with the court if they want an extension and I am sure it would be approved. They still have almost three years left anyway.

Yes, there are other more complicated ways to do this with leverage and of course making a lot more money for everybody. I will leave this discussion for the more astute financial gurus but you get the idea and there are there several ways to this end. I trust these people do what they do because this is what they know and they will want to make as much as possible. In this case, what is good for the goose will be good for the gander!

@diamond
Quote: "do you feel instead of CASH to escrows they will give a piece of that 3.5 billion shares as payment to escrows ??? say ever "1" escrow shares you get "10" more WMIH shares as payments???what say YOU ???"

Please Keep in mind there are 3.5b WMIH only!

Your math:
...would mean that approx. 1b escrows come up to 10b WMIH !

Impossible!
